I was taking with my client the other day and she told me about a new nutrition plan she was starting. She’s been through the entire year of Precision Nutrition (with success), but she still has weight she would like to lose. (Don’t most of us?😉) It’s not extreme, but it will take some discipline and strict adherence.

She said to me, “I keep saying I know what to do, but then I don’t do it.” How many times have we said that we know what we’re supposed to do and then never follow through? Maybe all the time? I know I say it often, and that made me think about my own health and how I’ve really been stuck in a rut for some time. Life has gotten hard and I honestly haven’t been dedication to the nutrition portion. While I’m certainly not overweight, my cardio is fantastic, and my strength is really coming along…my clothes DO NOT fit the way I want them to. Simple as that.

So it’s time for a change. It’s time for me to shake up how I’ve been doing things a little bit. I’m going to try it out and see how it works for me, and I’ll let you know about it.

My client told me, “I know there are some things that go against PN, but…” and I told her right then, no it doesn’t. PN gives you a base. It helps you get more in tune with your body and figure out exactly what works for you. At some point, we are ready for the next level and can take the next steps to get ourselves there.

So with that said, who feels stuck? Like you keep repeating what you’ve  been doing for years and the scale goes up and down and then up again? Let me help you find a better way.

I’ll also let you know how what I try on myself works. Maybe it will help you too. Stay tuned.

Until next time….
